Return and Exchange Policy
At Lumacare Lasers, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return and full refund, all items must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
All seals, protective coverings, and components must remain intact
The product must be in resalable condition as determined by Lumacare Lasers upon inspection
Any items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Lumacare Lasers will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Lumacare Lasers does not reimburse shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Lumacare Lasers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to obtain a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Right to Refuse Returns
Lumacare Lasers reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
