Warranty Policy

Lumacare Lasers provides a two (2) year limited warranty on all qualifying products, beginning on the date of original purchase.

Scope of Warranty

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the functional components of the device under normal use and operating conditions.

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Lumacare Lasers will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product, or

Replace the product with the same or comparable model

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or damage to the outer shell or housing

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or external impact

Normal wear and tear

Non-Covered Damage Support

If your device experiences damage not covered under warranty, including damage to the outer shell or housing, Lumacare Lasers may offer support options at its discretion. These may include:

A paid repair service based on a provided quote

A discounted replacement unit

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Lumacare Lasers with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Additional information, including photos or videos, may be required to assess the claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumacare Lasers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

Lumacare Lasers reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
